So I went today to get my watch fixed at a place just down the street from where we live, and I guess the man in the back of the store heard me taking this self timer pic....
...Because then he popped out of the back and offered to take an actual picture! Wonder what was going through his head..."Wow, has this young lady never seen a jewelry shop??" People probably think I've never seen a lot of things...based on the times/places I take pictures....
I had to warm up my slippers at lunch!!! Many folks here don't have heat, and we fall into that category!!! But Cristina has heaters scattered throughout the house!
We met some friends at EUSA (our school)! These girls are 19, and they are all journalism majors! Very sweet and glad we got to talk with them!!!
Went to "el supermercado" (the grocery store) this afternoon to pick up some granola bars but got these two items instead. The red jar is nutella, and the white jar is dulce de leche. At diner tonight, I asked Cristina if I could eat a spoonful of dulce de leche, and she looked at me like I was crazy!!! She said it would be better if I spread it on some bread, so I did that instead. But you better believe I'll find a way to get my spoonful soon!!!
