Something I have missed: COOKIE DOUGH!!! But don't fret...we made cookies from SCRATCH today!!! And per usual, here in Spain, we had to make some minor changes to the recipe (aka we used maple syrup for vanilla and crumbled up pieces of a chocolate bar for chocolate chips)!!!
Cristina agreed that the first batch tasted like pancakes...but we added more flour and they came out much better!!!

Had an end-of-the-semester "fiesta" at the church where we volunteer!
Grabbed Tapas with our dear friend, Pepa!!! She is the local pharmacist and she is about to move to Atlanta with her soon-to-be husband! She is practically fluent in English, and she was so excited to get to practice with us.
What a ball we had together!!!
